1. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss within the premises. If there is any damage, this must be reported to the host.
2. More guests than stated in the reservation are not allowed. €30 per night will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
3. If guests do not adhere to the specified check-out times and therefore delay the cleaning, the resulting costs will be charged.
4. Animals are not allowed in the accommodations (except for the accommodation HILLSIDE). Violations of the pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
5. Parties, excessive volume, and smoking in the apartment or in the hallway are not permitted. Violations of the smoking ban in the accommodation will result in a fee of €200 plus the corresponding costs for special cleaning. Smoking on the balcony is permitted.
6. Losing the key results in corresponding costs, which must be borne by the guest. If the key is forgotten in the apartment during the stay or on the day of check-out and access is therefore no longer possible for authorized persons, a locksmith will be called. The costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
