Rules

1. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss on the premises. In the event of damage or theft of items, these must be reported to the host and reimbursed.

2. More guests than specified in the reservation are not permitted. A fee of €30 per night will be charged for each unauthorized guest.

3. If guests do not adhere to the specified check-out times and thus delay cleaning, the resulting costs will be charged.

4. Animals are not allowed in the accommodation (except for the HILLSIDE and SNOWFLAKE accommodations). Violations of the animal policy will result in additional fees.

5. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking in the apartment and hallway are not permitted. Violations of the smoking ban in the accommodation will result in a fee of €200 plus the corresponding costs for special cleaning. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

6. The loss of the key will incur corresponding costs, which must be borne by the guest. If the key is forgotten in the apartment during the stay or on the day of check-out and access for authorized persons is no longer possible, a locksmith will be called. The costs incurred will be borne by the guest. The host is not obliged to store a spare key on site.
