LIVING ROOM The bright living area offers enough space for cozy TV evenings. The area is equipped with a sofa that can be quickly and easily converted into a sofa bed for up to 2 people, various card and board games, and a smart TV with Netflix access to provide plenty of entertainment.
KITCHEN + DINING ROOM The spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy relaxed cooking sessions and game evenings together. The large dining table seats up to 6 people. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and various cooking utensils. A standard set of tea, coffee, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, baking paper, etc. is included in the price.
BEDROOMS The 2 cozy bedrooms are furnished with double beds. A baby crib is also provided in one of the bedrooms. There is a chest of drawers and a clothing rack in each room for storing clothes.
BATHROOM The bathroom with shower tray and plenty of storage space is equipped with towels, soap, a hairdryer, toilet paper, and a first aid kit.
FAMILY The LAHNTALER accommodation is very well connected to the cycle path and public transport. Nevertheless, it is the perfect retreat after a long day. The open living area and the wide range of entertainment offered mean that everyone will find something to suit their taste. Smoke detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher are available on site.

The LAHNTALER apartment is well located and connected in Sterzhausen, approx. 12km from Marburg. The train station Sterzhausen is only 130m away from which trains go to Marburg and Gießen. In the immediate vicinity, there is a pharmacy, bakery, various shopping facilities (Rewe, Aldi, etc.), various restaurants (Zahra's Kitchen, Wittgensteiner Hof, etc.), and an ice cream place. The accommodation is a perfect starting point for business travelers who have to go to Marburg or Gießen, as well as for leisure travelers who want to discover the beautiful surroundings of Marburg and use the Lahn cycle path.
If you are arriving by car, you are welcome to park on the street in front of the house.
If you arrive by public transportation, you can take the train to Sterzhausen train station. From there it is a 130m walk to the LAHNTALER apartment.
