LIVING ROOM The spacious living room is furnished with a cozy sofa, which can be easily and quickly converted into a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. A large Smart TV with Netflix access, a huge selection of books, and various card and board games ensure entertaining family evenings. The dining room table seats up to 6 people.
KITCHEN The small kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and numerous cooking utensils and invites you to enjoy relaxed cooking evenings. A standard supply of tea, coffee, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, baking paper etc. is included. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. BEDROOMS There is one large bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed. Another small bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. A baby crib (without bed linen) is also provided. There are large wardrobes in the rooms for storing clothes. The children's bedroom also has a well-equipped play corner.
BATHROOM The practical bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub. Hairdryer, towels, soap and a first aid kit are of course provided. There is also a dryer in the bathroom.
BALCONY The small but lovely balcony can be reached via the living room. With seating for 2 people, it offers a beautiful view of the greenery. Here you can relax at the end of the day on warm summer evenings. A publicly accessible barbecue area is located in the outdoor area/garden of the house.
BIKE AND SKI CELLAR There is a bike and ski cellar in the basement of the house. This can be reached via the staircase or the elevator. Bicycles, skis, snowboards and sledges can be stored here safely and dry. Please lock the bikes anyway.
FAMILY The SUNNY MOUNTAIN VIEW accommodation is ideal for families thanks to its proximity to the Kappe adventure park and its facilities including Netflix, board games, and a children's play corner. Smoke detectors and a first aid kit are located in the apartment itself. A fire extinguisher is installed in the hallway.

The SUNNY MOUNTAIN VIEW apartment is centrally located on Erlebnisberg Kappe. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the summer toboggan run, the Panorama Adventure Bridge, the climbing forest, the Fly-Line, the Kappi's playground, the Kappe Express, the bike park, the adventure golf park, the "Kiss the Sky" trampoline and the VELTINS-EIS Arena.
SUNNY MOUNTAIN VIEW is particularly impressive because of its proximity to the “Kappe” chairlift. In the summer months, this is used by mountain bikers from the Winterberg Bike Park. In winter the chairlift is particularly popular with skiers. In addition, various slopes can be reached via the “Schneewittchen” valley station, which is only a few minutes’ walk away. The Sauerland's largest ski area is characterized by its 34 runs with a total of 27.5 kilometers of slopes.
Numerous restaurants and cafés as well as bicycle and ski rental shops are located near the accommodation.
If the weather is bad, you can relax in “The Brabander Sauna & Spa” just 1.7km away. If you want a little more action, you can let off steam in the “Monkey Island” indoor playground.
The car parking space in a garage is provided free of charge.
If you are traveling by public transport, you can take the “R28 Bad Berleburg ZOB” bus from Winterberg main station. After a 7-minute ride you reach the “VELTINS-EIS Arena” station. From there it's about a 400m walk to the apartment. Alternatively, it is 3.9km (approx. 6 minutes) by taxi from the train station to the accommodation.
The bike rental “Klante am Schneewittchenhaus” and the e-bike rental “Bike Schneider” are in the immediate vicinity.
